On this beautiful Sunday I want to be thankful. Thankful that ESKOM finally failed. It is through this failure that South Africans can see what is really going on. It is now clear that the ANC has failed to serve the nation. No matter what they want to say about it and no matter who they want to blame. By blaming it on APARTHEID they are actually saying is ... In 20 years we could not fix it. The truth is that they inherited a fully functional country with first world infrastructure and systems. Instead of looking after it and expanding it they just took what was there and divided it between more people. Yes, that is what they did, they split it up in smaller pieces. Worst of all, they destroyed the underlying infrastructure and systems that provided those services. We tumbled from a world renowned player in the medical field to a country that reduced once excellent medical centres to third world quality clinics. They destroyed an education system that catered for all levels of the economy to rubberstamps for qualifications that the Economy and Industry dont accept. They turned our agriculture from being a nett exporter to a nett importer of food. Our currency have tumbled against all major currencies. Crime is the most profitable sector in the economy. As small selected elite received enormous wealth that they did not work for or earned. Our precious water sources are being destroyed and polluted at a frightening rate. Our country is debt to such and extent that the next 2 or 3 generations will not be able to pay it back. Expensive international loans are taken out to provide infrastructure and then it is mismanaged and lands in the pockets of people and the country must pay it back. So they steal the money and we must pay it back. How is that different from slavery ? So be happy that ESKOM has failed because as crazy at may sound ... that what was in the darknessis now in the light. Lekker dag vir julle ook. Die ESKOM gemors het reggekry wat opposisie partye vir jare lank probeer het. Let us all pray that the more intelligent part of the ANC realise that their futures are being stolen by a gang of uneducated rogues.
