On this date 59 years ago Garry Wayne Brown was born. My brUther. As brothers we had many happy times, a few sad and once in awhile battled like cats and dogs. There are too many stories I could tell that would make you laugh and cry. I have one that I think covers our love for each other. Garry, Jay Thomas and I many years ago walked down to this little pond on Kinloch. We were skipping rocks across. Garry and I were across the pond from each other and he got a great shot. Unfortunately the rock came all the way across and cracked me in the back of the head. With a lot of blood flowing along with tears Jay and Garry walked me back to the house. Along the way blood was rolling down my back but I kept thinking about how pissed off mom was going to be at Garry. Mom heard us in the yard and came out. Instead of complaining about my head, I begged her to not whip his ass. Screaming it was just a accident. Happy Birthday Brother. I pray all three of us can have many more
