On this day at 4:30 am seven years ago I awoke to use the serious urge of needing to use the restroom just like I had every day of my pregnancy. It was like an internal clock. Knowing my due date wasnt for another four days, I thought that morning was going to be just a normal morning. Little did I know that my life would be forever changed as I was quickly reminded of what labor pains were for the second time in my life. After a brief and adventurous ride via ambulance to SBA Memorial hospital in the ice storm I quickly gave birth to my baby girl Karli Jean! Labor only lasted an hour and thirty five minutes with her coming into our lives only seven short minutes after our arrival to the hospital. I will never forget that morning. God placed so many angels in our life that day that as I look back on it I knew from the beginning he had it all planned and was there the whole journey. He gave me a tiny angel to take care of that day and I am thankful for every minute we have shared. Sometimes its been tough but she is my inspiration and my little cheerleader in life to keep on going. She often tells me to be brave mama, dont quit and never give up! Happy 7th Birthday baby girl! Mama loves you with all my heart!
