On this day back in 1950, God allowed the most amazing person to be brought into this world. I am proud & lucky enough to be able to call her Mom. I am the person I am today because of her. We didnt have a lot growing up, but she didnt just make the best of it, she made it special. She would plan these day trips for us that didnt cost anything, but the way she planned them, you would think we were going to Hersheypark for the day. She has always sacrificed herself so that we could have the things we wanted & needed & still does that today, though now it has expanded to her grandkids. She taught me to be a strong, independent woman, but also that its ok to lean on others from time to time. She is my Best Friend, was the Matron of Honor at my wedding and I can only hope that I am a fraction of not only the mother she is, but the person that she is. I love you Mom, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!
