On this day of guru poornima... I am thankful and blessed to have taught by several gurus.. Starting with my mother, the aadi guru and to my son who teaches me every time I care to spend a minute. अज्ञानतिमिरान्धस्य ज्ञानाञ्जनशालाकया । चक्षुरुन्मीलितं येन तस्मै श्रीगुरवे नमः Ajnyaana-Timira-Andhasya Jnyaana-[Aa]n.jana-Shaalaakayaa | Cakssur-Unmiilitam Yena Tasmai Shrii-Gurave Nama Meaning: Guru, he who Removes the Darkness of Ignorance from our Blind (Inner) Eyes by applying the Collyrium of the Light of Knowledge. By Whom our (Inner) Eyes are Opened,. I offer my respectful obeisances unto him.
