On this day of my birth 30 years ago, I honor you my community, my family, my tribe. Thank you so much for all of your support and love.. On this day I am feeling both fear and immense gratitude. I feel like I am pushing my edge, my boundaries of what I am capable of in this lifetime, who I can step up to be and how it is to lead. So many challenges when the head gets in the way of the spirit and the heart, but its all a balancing act right? I am being challenged and called up by the feminine to step into relationship where I cannot be there only partially, but to be there fully, in all my strength and weakness, to be present. To honour and to give, to serve the divine feminine. That is scary for me (or my ego), I have never fully stepped into relationship due to fear that I would lose my freedom. That I would lose something, some choice or something or someone that I could reach for…but the grass is not greener.. Realizing that what I need or want in a relationship are actually parts of me that I need to develop and embrace. Again learning that we cannot get anything outside of ourselves to complete ourselves. Grateful for you Lisa for helping me get past the learned modeled behavior/conditioning and programming of what relationships were for me.. OH THE NEW DREAMING!! Our dreaming is so strong, the land is reactivating, the sea is calling, community is activating, we are singing the songs of healing, honouring the ancestors, honouring and learning from the original custodians of this land… And the heart of this land opens up. Her spirit shares the gifts of seeing and feeling. And we can all listen and feel. Through all the ego, the separation and fear shines the light of our spirit. I embrace my spirit name of MANOA for the music that will be coming through me. I sung the name through this last full moon eclipse, with tribe on the beach in a powerful ceremony. Thank you to those of you there, I felt so supported in allowing this dreaming to open and expand :) OH TO MUSIC! Music can break through all that and touch the core of who we are. Music can pierce through the layers of density that we may have in our bodies to touch our spirit and allow us to heal ourselves. I am GRATEFUL for music in my life and my continuing journey of deepening. We will share our medicine from the blockades, from schools, from the streets, from communities, from festivals, around the campfire and wherever else we are called. We bring forth this medicine with gratitude and integrity, honoring that what we sing is shared to empower others to discover their souls potential. To ignite that spark which may be dormant.
