On this day way back in 1927 my Dad was born. One day his mother was taking him for a ride in his stroller and the town doctor said, Hi, Gertrude, is that one of your new grandbabies.? At that time her oldest children were married and having their own families. My grandmother said, No, this is my baby. Then the doctor said, Well, Gertrude, that is impossible. You see, her last baby had been born 7 years prior and she had supposedly gone through menopause. She laughed and said, Well, I guess we will have to call him the impossible.! Needless to say, little Kenneth Earl Hussung was quite pampered by all of his older brothers and sisters. Considering the fact that he was about the same age as his nephews, they became best buddies growing up playing cowboys and Indians and all the other stuff boys enjoy. As a matter of fact, on the night he met my mother in 1948, he and his nephews Tom and George had been out and about in his nephews cool car. Thankyou, God, you are the God of the impossible. My Dad brought so much joy to so many lives, especially mine. I miss him everyday. Please tell him Happy Birthday from B.J.
