On this eleventh day of Thankfulness, I struggle to find words to adequately express how grateful I am to all the veterans who have dedicated a portion of their lives to serving our country. For some, it may have been a minimal stint in the service and for others, a life-long career. For far too many, their service required the ultimate sacrifice. Freedom is not free, and I am so thankful for men and women who are willing to dedicate themselves to making sure every citizen of this country continues to enjoy the freedoms our countrys founders worked so hard to make sure we possess.
