On this eve of my retirement, I felt it appropriate to thank all of you who have been involved with my career, whether personally or not. I am truly blessed to have served 36 years in the Military and especially in the Tennessee Army National Guard. The men and women of the Tennessee National Guard are some of the finest soldiers and airman this country has ever known. Because of that fact, the Tennessee National Guard ranks at the top of all National Guard states. There is no other state in the union that can touch our National Guard. Thanks for all that you do for our state and Nation. I will miss working alongside each of you, and I will never forget the fun times and hard work that went into achieving this 36 year career. Your involvement in my life helped me to gain the successes I have been able to enjoy. Im truly thank to you all for that. Its been a great ride and I can say that I have no regrets. I will always be proud to have been a Tennessee Guardsmen. -BG Terry Ethridge
