On this first day of Ramadhan I would like to convey something I witnessed to at the pasar Ramadhan today. As we were lining up to buy some lauk and rice for berbuka, I overheard a conversation whereby this old man was given free food at a stall by this other man who walked away. He asked the stall lady where this guy was and she showed him. The old man thanked him and walked away. I thought that they knew one another or the old man was an imam at the masjid. So, I thought nothing of it. Then, when we went to pay for our food, the lady said it was sadaqah by the same man!!! I was so surprised!!! Almost everyone that visited the stall received free food plus a coconut drink!!! Alhamdulillah!!! Such a charitable and kindness act!!! May ALLAH grants his every wishes and may he live a good and healthy life. Semoga dia ditempatkan bersama org2 soles di akhirat nanti! Alhamdulillah, hopefully this would remind me to be more humble, kind and remember ALLAH always. :)
