On this important day, nothing is more fulfilling than to go to Church and hear the Word on Spiritual Realignment... I am blessed to learn that God allows people or situations in our lives to push us into the wilderness or desert, in order to prepare us for greater things ahead. So many things happen on our way to greatness, sometimes meeting mean people; trials and tribulations. We need to learn to wait, being mindful that we are not being wasted; we need to know we are not pushed or left behind to live behind. We sometimes go through the wilderness or desert to be proved in order to be approved; to be reproached in order to be approached. David received reproach when he decided to fight Goliath; he was sent to look after the flock as his brothers were paraded for anointing by Samuel. But was recalled from the bush and was anointed; Hannah received reproach but God blessed her with only one child who we hear a lot about, yet we dont hear or read about even one of Penninahs many children... Now, when we are in the wilderness or desert, the presence of the devil is inevitable, but if we let God run His full course in our lives, the latter glory becomes better than the former; God prepares a table for us in the presence of our enemies, and He makes the cup to overflow. This is Gods time to enlarge the territory!
