On this memorial day, id like to get out of the tradition of only focusing on 20th century wars and pay a tribute to the courageous warriors that have been battling it out since the beginning of time itself. Face to face, sword to sword, and not a trace of modern medicine. It mustve taken so much courage to stand in a line and face another army with eminent injury and death facing you. For example imagine standing with the 300 Spartans (which was actually 1500 men) in 480 bc awaiting the 10,000 Persians. This mustve taken courage that im not sure I couldve ever had. Happy memorial day and remember our vets :)
