On this thanksgiving meal, I m thankful for the constant abundance of good food from my generous clients & friends all these years. Last week in Suzhou/Hangzhou, I enjoyed daily treats of local delicacies like sweet lotus root stuffed glutinous rice, Dragon well tea-infused prawns, hairy crabs, freshly steamed fish, braised vinegar fish, sweet sour fried fish. These watery Chinese cities produce one of the sweetest tasting seafood.
