On thursday morning at approx.8.20am I had the opportunity to have a brief discussion with the Premier at the opening of Costco where I told him of my major concerns about traffic in the area and the resultant air pollution in the area.I told him I had witnessed major traffic problems over a number of years .He indicated he was aware of the situation and that he was having a Meeting with the prime minister next week and he has indicated unless he can reassure him of alleviating these many problems he cant see how the Moorebank Intermodal can proceed.With the city tipped to go from 4.6 million residents to 6 million it is obvious measures must be taken to reliev the pressure off the south west and the city in general otherwise the city must suffocate with the resultant air pollution.It is obvious the answer is to relocate these projects to rual areas to reliev the air pollution and major problems associated with the environment of the city John Anderson wattle grove.0409368603
