On to the next one! My legs wont work. My knuckles are twisted. My mind is mush. But my heart is strong. The journey begins today for my next challenge. 16 weeks until I carry all my emotional baggage with me on a soul cleansing mission. I will attempt to run the fastet marathon 42km carrying a 10 kg pack.
