On todays episode 74 of What Life Took From Me.. Alejandro calls Victor and his mother so they can call the doctor to check on Maria, Refugio has fallen asleep waiting for Esmeraldas return. He tries calling her again but gets voice mail. He wants to make sure she is okay. Alejandro tells Macario to go and bring Dominga and father Anselmo to the city to baptize their child and also get married again. Dimitrio asks Montserrat whats going on between her and Alejandro. There mother doesnt understand what is going on. Montserrat explains that her marriage to Alejandro was a purchase. She wants to erase all that bad marriage and start fresh. So your divorcing to get married again asks Dimitrio. Yes, replies Montserrat. Now no one is making my decisions but me. Thats whats important. She says shes off to see Jose Luis at the hospital, but Dimitrio doesnt think its a good idea. Carlotta comes in and agrees with Dimitrio. Montserrat says Alejandro knows and is okay with it all. Jose Luis gets discharged from the hospital but asks Refugio to find out if Montserrat is back with her husband, Dimitrio wants to see Alejandro and get a dna test done to prove hes also an Almonte. Angelica talks to her husband to find out if he still loves Montserrat but he denies it. Carlotta is pushing the baby in the stroller out in the garden. Maria knocks her in the head with a rock and takes the baby. She says that his mother took what she most loved in this world and now she will be returning the favor. Maria is walking away with the baby when Macario, Dominga and father Anselmo walk up. father asks Maria what shes doing with the baby. Maria lies and says Alejandro asked her to watch the baby while he talked to Montserrat. Dominga is overcome with excitement on seeing the baby and takes him from Marias arms. Jose luis is watching angelica when theres a knock on the door and its Refugio. Jose Luis wonders if he found out anything. Nothing replies Refugio. I came across Alejandro and had to leave. He told me to tell you not to get anywhere near Montserrat. It can be really bad. Jose Luis says Alejandro tried to kill him and he assures him the next time things will turn out different. Refugio tells Jose Luis to leave the whole Montserrat situation in the past. Jose Luis points out that Montserrat is not happy. And you arent happy asks Refugio. Poor Angelica. She doesnt deserve this. Jose Luis says he feels horrible for keeping his feelings for Montserrat under wraps. Refugio wonders if Montserrat left her husband for him, would he turn around and leave Angelica? Knowing that her only reason for living was him? Jose Luis changes the subject and wants to know if Refugio knows where Esmeralda is? Nothing says Refugio. I even went to Ezekiel and he assured me he would help find her. Alejandro finds out from Victor that Maria is gone. He hopes Maria didnt do anything stupid again (too late!).
