Once I heard a Realtor telling a story about how he saw an other agent dressed in shorts and flip-flops show a property to a client. And I remember thinking: I will never meet a client to view homes not dressed right. Well, I was running errands today, dressed in my favorite pair of jeans (which doesnt necessarily mean nice 😉), a T-shirt and comfortable shoes. I got a call from clients I have been showing a couple houses to already, there are three homes they would like to see between now and shortly from now. 😳 And yes, I showed my clients homes not dressed right. Being there for them right away was more important to me and I feel like it can make the difference between getting a home or missing a potential future home. Especially in this market. And yes, we found the house!
