Once I made a joke to say that my life is always with gardening and dog and only with. But recently, my thought transformed. Occasionally, I gained several books talking about the fat burning food, though I am not very fat, I want to manage my weight for the sake of fitness. I supposed the books must have some magic as I read them I can difficultly put them down just as you read the novel of harry potter from which I got the truth of protein, fat, condiment, snacks and drinks and so on.
