Once a Russian scholar named Andropov visited India in search of the Hindus.He was amazed to find that there were the villages of the Brahmin,the Kayastha the Yadavas the Muslims etc.but not a single villages of the Hindus. A famous critic writer named Chandreshwer had asked once Who is Hindu? further he wrote by making a fun that one who follos the Lord Ram who had killed Shambuk with a cheat. for me the same question by Chandreshwer gives a smile on my face and I feel pity for the critic writer. He must know that those who follow Sanatanism are the Hindus. those who reside in Bharat are the Hindus. No matter which system of praying God they practise. A Hindu can burn his body to offer his prayer to God but cannot burn the other helpless person in the fire of inquisition. Hinduism is not a mere religion but a life style.One more thing there is the residence of same God in the tiger and the dirty water and some other things.But we have to be away from the God of the tiger and the dirty water.Again I have to say that visiting to India by Andropov proves that there are the Hindus in India. Why did he not visit to Mecca or Rome?I think that the criticise by Chandreshwer was only to get the cheap popularity as it has become a fashion in India to abuse a particular community to show you the biggest so called secular.
