Once a month I dedicate a workout to the late Coach Greg Wison and I wear the Under Armour Shirt he gave me. It has been 8 months since he has passed on from us and I really miss him dearly. He was my friend and fellow personal trainer colleague. Together, we held the fort down at the gym, had great talks about life and sports, joked around and were engaged in a fun competitive spirit. He was always positive, energetic, down to earth and willing to be a helping hand. He supported me all the way as a personal trainer, we had each others back. I Love you man! RIP! Thanks G, for everything. Every workout I dedicate to you has been nothing short of awesome, thanks for giving me the inner power to hit new highs.
