Once again, Coreanos knocks it out of the park with a new fish taco and a couple of new sauces. Taco really hits the mark - crispy fish, tangy pickled onions, cilantro, and tomato. Left and right sauces are the original green and red staples. Top tastes like a regular pico and the bottom...creamy green goodness. Not sure what its called or whats in it...I call it CG sauce. Regardless, its great... First time trying the sopes (with pork belly), and they were delicious...might even be my new favorite item...great tasting thick corn tortilla base made fresh and in-house. The toppings you can see for yourself...a fiesta of colors and flavors. Always the host with the most, James was kind enough to show me around the new digs. As with any soft launch, he and the staff are figuring out all the logistics and the renovations arent 100% complete, but the place looks fantastic...interior, stylishly on trend. As you go downstairs, the place really expands but maintains that intimate feel...a cool place to have drinks and chill. Perched atop the hill at the end of Itaewon by Noksapyeong, the outdoor seating also offers great views and may be the best seats in the house. The Coreanos gang bringing their Apgujeong Tex-Mex flair to Itaewon. Official open targeted for next week. Welcome to the neighborhood!
