Once again, I Would like to thank UPS for their consistent crappy service out here in the Ranchos. Yesterday during our wonderful windstorm,. UPS delivered our new Flat Screen TV to our house...well..let me define Delivered. In the eyes of UPS..delivered means laying the TV up against the door to my garage with absolutely no contact..no doorbell ring, no door knock...nothing. Fortunately, I happened to step outside and saw it there before the wind could blow it over. I called UPS and vehementley complained only to receive a call today from a Supervisor in Sparks trying to blame it on a back up driver. I proceeded for the next ten minutes explaining each and every similar issue over the last 5-6 years. I advise anyone having items delivered by UPS in the Ranchos, to opt ( if available) for Signature Required for all deliveries. This doesnt completely solve the problem ( UPS ignores this too)..but it will help. FWIW, I have never had an issue with FedEx.
