Once again LIC Mgmt is showing its colour. Even after lot of hue and cry from the part of DOs and Agents they have come out with a plan like the LIC Aadhar. When we were expecting for plans like Tarang, Children Plans, Jeevan Ankur etc the intentions of the Mgmt is pretty clear. It doesnot want sufficient business to build up like the usual March we have been seeing these years. May be the December closing is sufficient for the Mgmt. Till now by measures like ACA cut and others it was playing havoc on the DOs. Now after a while it is continuing its assault on the Agents first through the MAB,, Refiling .. illustration benefits... now to Commission cuts may be after 1956 its inception it is coming out with a policy with commission less than 5% for 15 years and above on a conventional policy (ultimately DOs are the loosers with lower Agent morale). What is the think tank of Mgmt. It think it is really expensive and prohibitive to maintain a tied channel when actually it is forgetting that it is playing through the hard earned money that is brought in by DO and Agent forget the monetary part .. what about the brand image that our erst while DOs and Agents through sweat and blood build up all through the years. Something has to be done before its late. ANOTHER IMP ISSUE I FEEL WHICH WILL BE TAKEN UP BY THE NEW TEAM OF NFIFWI IE PLANS WITH 100% CREDIT AND AGE OLD AGENTS COMMISSION STRUCTURE... Stand up to the occassion and fight for our cause.......
