Once again, OCC chose todays Bank of Americas Military honoree of the game- another true, life long SF Giants fan! Congratlualtions Michael! Today Bank of America and the San Francisco Giants honor Sgt Michael Muniz, a veteran of the United States Army. Michael joined the US Army in 1995 at the age of 17, wrestled on the US Army team, then volunteered to deploy to Iraq from 2003-2004. Michael was awarded numerous medals, commendations and awards during his 12 years in the Army, including a Combat Infantry Badge from several fire fights going door to door in Iraq, army commendation medals, Army Achievement Medals, German Shutzaenshcnur Badge, Army Meritorious Unit Commendation Medal, and Army Good Conduct Medal. Michael was recently married and he and his wife are huge San Francisco Giants fans. In fact, the theme of their pre-wedding video was their mutual love of the Giants.
