Once again, Washington politicians are launching divisive attacks on women’s reproductive rights instead of focusing on creating jobs for American families. The language in this bill is not only offensive to women, but also to survivors of rape and incest. Forcing women to go on-the-record about such a traumatic experience as a prerequisite to getting medical care is unconscionable. My pro-choice colleagues and I are doing everything we can to stop this outrageous bill.
