Once again, a minority have booked swimming lessons, held onto the places for a couple of months, then have either ignored all my attempts to contact them for payment or told me this week that they no longer require the places. To stamp this out and ensure we are able to continue charging very low prices, all future bookings must be accompanied by payment (as at all leisure centres). Thank you to all of you who do pay by the deadline. It is really important to me that our lessons remain affordable as learning to swim should be a right and not a luxury.
