Once again late in posting workout: today worked chest, tris and abs: decline crunches, trunk twists w/ weight plate, flat dumbbell bench press starting w/ warm up set and finishing heavy weights, flies on pec deck, rope crunches, rope tricep pushdowns again warmup set light weight high reps finishing w/ heavy weights, decline barbell bench presses warm up set then heavy finish, overhead cable tricep extensions, cable oblique extensions, cable crossovers, dumbbell tricep extensions, supplements: NOS concentrate and amino acids pre workout, whey protein post workout.
