Once again, the DOC has postponed the Dallas 6 pre-trial. This 3rd try at a pre-trial will be held on October 11, 2013. Liz (Anthony Locke’s wife) has reached out to the media in that county to give the guys side of the story and they did respond to her. At this time I advised her against speaking to them on a one on one situation again until we have a game plan and agenda because they are snakes. My son goes back to parole in October. He has been there for 14 years on a 5 year min case and its time for him to come home! It is our intent that within the next 3 weeks that we put enough pressure on all officials involved to get this shut down for once and for all. I need the help and input of as many people as possible and maybe would like to do a conference call with everyone who is interested. Please respond to email if you would be interested in doing a conference call this week and what your availability is. We have to move quickly and strategically. I really need help and input of anybody who can help or even give me some input. I do a lot by myself because I’m used to doing alone but I NEED help and I’m asking. Some things I am interested in doing: · Call in campaign – DA’s office advising them to call it off · Letters to representatives/Attorney General/DOJ? (Already have letter ready) · Protest/Press Conference · Radio/Media – Get an on air interview or articles published · Broadcast extraction videos – has to be done in a way that it cannot get back to them or hurt the case · Petition Here are just a few of the reasons the case should be dismissed besides the fact that it’s bogus: This round they have discovered that one person was not arraigned. (Not sure of statues on this but we’re all sure that you have to arraign someone before 3 ½ years.) The Head DA is married to someone who is or was running SCI Dallas (conflict of interest) They have wasted thousands of taxpayer dollars in housing, transportation and court costs bringing them back and forth across the state for their dog and pony show. The first time they brought them under heavy security with helicopters. They brought them to court illegally while the case was in the supreme court in September 2011 or 2012 but when they guys spoke up that it was illegal they ended the hearing and removed the hearing from dockets like it never existed. The charges only carries short sentence which the 3 ½ years has covered and is ordinarily handled through the prison disciplinary system.
