Once again the Nene has been talking to its racers and for this years, 2014, winter race series we will be running an 8 round championship open to all 1/8th, LS Owners and even 1/10th if we get enough who fancy racing over our 340m astro turf track. All series will be 5 from 8 and the 8 rounds will be a mix of 1 or two day meetings over 5 weekends. The dates are :- Rnd 1 - 19th October (Sunday) Rnd 2 - 8th November (Saturday) Rnd 3 - 9th November (Sunday) Rnd 4 - 25th January (Sunday) Rnd 5 - 21st February (Saturday) Rnd 6 - 22nd February (Sunday) Rnd 7 - 21st March (Saturday) Rnd 8 - 22nd March (Sunday) We at the Nene hope by doing this mix of Saturday and Sunday race format it will enable you to have an enjoyable race series and the good news is that once again we will hold our race fees to those of 2005 and a single race day will be £10 and a double weekend for both £15.
