Once again the Steubenville Big Red football program and school board makes another arrogant asinine move !!!!! What kind of message is this sending to all the young people in the Ohio Valley , oh you can commit RAPE, spend time in jail, and once released , we will reinstate you because High School Football is more important than anything to our city ....... what a big joke your whole program is , and not saying too much for the Head Coach either , great move on his part too ..... what a mess
