Once again there is stamped death of some 150 innocent pilgrims near the place of worship in Madhya Pradesh. How long the country shouild remain silent spectator to such tragedys only by announcing a dole of Rs.150000 or Rs.200000 per affected family and wash their hand. Every states earn lot of money from the pilgrims directly or indirectly. If they can not provide the required security for safety of the pilgrims, they have no right to be in power. When we have almost lost our trust on the political parties, who are in the helm of affairs, to give required security the only option left is the Honble. Supreme Court may like to pronounce some verdict to punish the State govt. in a suitable manner, may be by putting out of power. There should be list of famous pilgrimage sites in the country and a set rule be there to safeguard the pilgrims depending upon the geographycal conditions. The concerned State Govt. have to abide by the set of guidelines for safety of the pilgrims in advance and submit a report to the concerned authority that there will be no negligence in protecting the innocent pilgrims.
