Once again this year my heart is heavy...as I was searching for flax seed recipes this morning on You Tube I came across one of my old Vegan Goddess You Tubers Meesha Ridge (Glashen) a recently married vegan natural lifestyle video maker whom I have had the pleasure of watching over the years. As I watched her video I was reminded how brilliant, resourceful, creative, raw and natural this woman is ..I read the comments and they were saying r.i.p....It was then I realized this Angel who taught all of us how to live a vegan lifestyle eating burgers, cheese, fried chicken etc...how to sew, how to find gorgeous treasures at the Thrift Shop with her fabulous thrift shop hauls was no longer with us and had transitioned this past May 2014...she left behind 3 children and newly wed husband of less than a year...she died at the hands of an ex-boyfriend whom she had a restraining order against who entered her home through an unlocked entrance after 4a.m and shot her as she slept. These videos are priceless if you want to learn how to live a life of excellence on a dime and have the perfect body, make your own designer clothes, eat anything you want and look like you have never given birth just watch her vegan recipes videos....If you think shopping at Thrift Shops is beneath you watch her thrift shop haul videos and you too will feel and look like a queen... Meesha you healed...gardened....taught...loved...you were a pioneer, warrior and example of how to live a life full of Light...satisfaction.....fulfillment.....all on a dime....still looking fine....you have shown us and proven to the world you dont have to be rich to eat healthy...dress like a queen then find your King....R.I.P. Forever Gorgeous 1....
