Once again, we have the quintessential jackass - Wallace Collins, the leader of the OK democrat party - who has rubber-stamped the approval of another counter-Okie to get an accolade: Vicki Miles-LaGrange: A 2014 Human Rights Award Winner Nominated by Wilfredo Santosrivera and Blanca Sumner Vicki Miles-LaGrange is the Chief U.S. District Judge for the Western District of Oklahoma. She was the first African-American woman to be sworn in as U.S. attorney for the Western District of Oklahoma. She was also the first African-American female elected to the Oklahoma Senate.
