Once again, we will be offering a Prix Fixe dinner on New Years Eve, but with a bit of variation on last years event. This time out, were offering three different packages. All three will feature the same amazing food, but the second and third tiers will add wine pairings to the mix. The food menu is as follows: 1st Course: Spanish Empanada Duo featuring one empanada with a marinated carrot filling and one with Spanish chorizo and potatoes. 2nd Course: House-Made Cream of Wild Mushroom Soup accented with thyme and sherry. 3rd Course: Surf & Turf. Peppercorn-Encrusted Beef Tenderloin with Gorgonzola Crumbles and Lump Crab Linguine in lemon and olive oil. 4th Course: Chocolate Bananas Foster Bread Pudding with bourbon and brown sugar sauce. The food-only price is $75 per person. Of course, the beauty of this is that it allows you to choose a special bottle to share, have cocktails, or adopt any other beverage strategy you choose! The second tier is $100 per person and includes the following wines, served in the course order above: HB Picpoul de Pinet, St. Clair Pinot Noir, Educated Guess Cabernet Sauvignon, and La Gioiosa Prosecco. The third tier is $125 per person and includes these wines: Merry Edwards Sauvignon Blanc, Pierre Gaillard St. Joseph, Vicarious California Red Blend, and Veuve Clicquot Champagne. We will be serving this dinner in two seatings, the first at 6:00 and the second at 8:00.
