Once in a while - thankfully not so open - I get really upset. I mean not a little upset, but really really upset. Today is such a day - and I wish to award the LOSER OF THE DAY AWARD to Ponomusic. When I initially heard about the kickstarter funded project I backed them extensively - not only with money but with promotion on all channels, even with features in my magazine columns. I was happy to see that they raised ten times the money they needed to realize their project. Consequently, I am more than disappointed that none of the backers I had referred have received their players - they were promised for October. Now, October has passed - and I moved to a tour to Europe. I have informed them - they confirmed that they would charge an extra $25 to forward it - and then they sent it to LA... :-( Now, Ponomusic is advertising to order players with a guaranteed shipment until Dec 15 - while they did not even honor their promises from spring this year. Ponomusic - thats bad. Very bad. Shame on you.
