Once in a while life presents more than an amazing opportunity to you. If you have chosen to be one of those people in the world that sees life as sour, you will have a hard time seeing any opportunity. If you are one of those people in life that decided "life is real tough" or that "life is a struggle" then you will feel life is overwhelming. Realize that some people who have very similar lives as yours have chosen to feel differently about this same life that we are all in. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE! Life cannot be both things! The truth is life is neither hard nor easy. Life is life. Only humans add negative judgments about "life", the animals do not. Therefore, if you convince yourself to see “life” as negative, then you make it mandatory for your brain to manufacture the equivalent chemicals to match the thoughts you insisted on focusing on and which resulted in negative feelings. This being the case and this being the truth, make the wiser choice, STOP adding your negative judgments to "life". Instead start seeing "good" everywhere and then maybe one day you will even choose to stop labeling things altogether. What do you have to lose? Negative thoughts and negative feelings? Start today.
