Once more from this dork. Seriously, Paala Kai store in Gourmet magazine! This is like a two-minute drive from where I grew up. And Waimea Bay was my beach of choice b/c I dont surf. The lady manager, I think is Korean. She mistook me for my twin brother, which pissed me off. I dont think were identical. My sister and brother-in-law have lost their young shape. I was shocked that my sister had the fried chicken as a snack at 11:00am (we ate a pretty big breakfast). She shared it with her husband, but still. I dont snack. We couldnt leave the area without butter rolls from Paala Kai Bakery. I waited until dinner, but my sister had a roll for a snack on the drive to her home. My nephew loves, loves spam. The dorks wife from Thailand said it tastes like dog food!
