Once, my psychology teacher said being a good psychologist not easy but I think so to understand. It can happen normally that you are laughing in thinking to think to old hilarious event or joke and a common people think you even mad. But obviously a good human never put another human humiliated than it becomes worry or sad but by good behavior can help a psychologist. But curing without degree or experience can be dangerous, because without knowledge no one can differentiate normal disease and mental disorders are much sensitive. May be your misbehave or treatment do normal Manic.
