Once psychiatry took off and meds became big money to resolve a problem we did not have all these labels. I was placed on a life threatening cocktail of medications and do not take anything now. My sleeping just isnt all that great nowadays and makes it challenging to have a productive day, but I accept myself for being me. My parents were always trying to find a new therapist to diminish my anger. I say, walk in my shoes for a month or two and tell me that you would not have angry feelings yourself.
