Once upon a time, The Military Airlift Command, AKA MAC, had another name -- Maybe Airplane Come. They changed the name to Air Mobility Command, AKA AMC, and the other name changed to Airplane Maybe Come. A rose by any other name....... We stored our RV and Jeep on Tuesday. That day they had two C5s leave from Travis to Hawaii. They offered 146 seats to the 111 folks waiting and all got to go. Wednesday, when we were ready to go, no flight. Thursday, no flight. Friday originally showed two flights to Hawaii, then one, then flight cancelled. So now we hope the Saturday flight allows us to return home. Im going to figure out their real schedule one of these days, but cant really complain since its one of our retiree benefits IF you happen to hit instead of miss. Standing by....
