Once upon a time in, a land far away there lived a girl that found herself trapped in a spiral of trials, depression & bad decisions. She got lost in the evil forest and ended up alone, jobless, homeless, & BANKRUPT. Then, that girl decided to put on her BIG GIRL PANTS, take control of her life and surround herself with people she ADMIRED and RESPECTED. She started to move FORWARD one step at a time...and good things started to happen. TODAY that girl was able to pass a housing application and get into a house with a KICK A@% credit score all by herself!! That was not possible 3 years ago. My credit was SHOT and we were so far in the hole that there was NO LIGHT at the end of the tunnel. Can I tell you how AWFUL it felt that my poor decisions had put my family in that situation?? When I say that Beachbody has changed ALL AREAS of my life... I mean it. Not only was it AWESOME to not stress about whether or not I could afford and QUALIFY for a house for my family... but I spent this last week watching my SIL and brother have to YANK up their pants because they have LOST so much WEIGHT with the Beachbody Challenge. I have watched them change their lives for the BETTER over the last few years. Their children are learning how to grow up healthy and strong. Its the BEST FEELING to see your family share your passion for healthy living and become HAPPY & ENERGETIC. Our kids are learning to exercise, eat loads of healthy foods (and like them) and how to have fun in a way thats good for them. Maybe Im not quite to the lived happily ever after part, but this chapter is going to be a heck of a lot better than some of the others. We can CHOOSE what the next chapter will be in our life RIGHT NOW.
