Once your line is approved, how are the official certificates - TopicsExpress

Once your line is approved, how are the official certificates issued? Are they issued thru National, then sent to the state for signatures or does the state society initiate the certificate, sending it to National? My supplemental line was approved in Oct 2013, and my Mothers initial line Jan 2014 and we havent received anything. Based on our past experience, Im guessing the problem is, once again, at the state level. Thank you.
