Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Louis Tomlinson, Liam Payne and Zayn Malik have already had two of their songs featured as part of the show. But now the hit US series could be set to welcome 1D in the flesh as one of their celebrity cameos at William McKinley High School. Matthew Morrison, who plays Will Schuester in the series, reportedly said to the Daily Star: “To have One Direction on would be great for the show. “They are not much older than High School age so we could have them as students. One Direction arrive at the 41st American Music Awards in Los Angeles Could we see a recreation of the Midnight Memories video? The boys might not be the only ones making a special appearance though, as Morrison has admitted the stars of the show have another dream guest in mind. The actor has revealed that Jane Lynch’s dream cameo is in fact the bands manager, Simon Cowell. He joked: “It would make great TV seeing Sue Sylvester and Simon Cowell go head to head.” With the US X Factor being axed following Cowells decision to return to the UK show, he certainly has more time on his hands. The hit musical series has already seen guest cameos from the likes of Britney Spears, Gwyneth Paltrow and Kate Hudson. The 100th episode of Glee is set to air Tuesday, March 18 and Kristin Chenoweth, Heather Morris are set to return.
