One Iraqi oil expert is saying that Iraq is living in a third world war…a war on oil…there is growing concern with the budget numbers that what is currently projected…I believe $60 oil…may not be adequate to cover where oil looks to be headed…$40 a barrel…but from what we are hearing oil is expected to rebound starting in the coming days…perhaps the Iraqi Oil Ministers realize this and have faith in where they currently stand today…at least one member of the Finance Committee believes there still could be further adjustments in the budget price of oil or the deficit will look bigger than originally anticipated…Iraq will not fail…will not be allowed to fail…In My Opinion.
