One Minute Move--squat with a knee up. Put weights at shoulders (hold them, dont rest them) squat down and as you come up bring your knee up. Alternate knee ups--keep abs tight! Bonus One Minute Moves--fire hydrants. Get on all fours, put your knee up. Kick your foot back and bring it back in--the key here is to keep your knee and toe facing out. This one is good for your outer booty! Do 30 seconds on each leg. Happy Thursday!!
