One Of My Favourites! I love this exercise..... It is a progression of two exercises (Lower body - Dynamic forward squat step. Upper body - Standing rotation) Training the movement and getting stronger through movement should be a tennis players goal. First step is getting posture and technique right then comes the dynamic aspect!!! Deeon makes a fine model for the exercise. Good to see her hard work paying off :) Nathan
