One Page Wonder 170 (Inspiration Bible) If you are not inspired, find someone to inspire you. If you are inspired, find someone to inspire.--Rodney Tattam Though to date I have written 168 weekly One Page Wonders, last week I officially became a published Co-Author of a real book. Not just any book though, one that has the possibility and the hope that it can really make a difference to everybody that it touches. The book is called Inspiration Bible and is the vision of Emily Gowor from Gowor International Publishing, whose incredible mission came to life on November 20th 2014. This book has the potential to hit the bestselling list and, if it does, then the difference it will be making will be staggering. The Inspiration Bible may be unique in its concept in the way it is sold. It is pure philanthropic aspect, something of which I am proud to be part of, and something that may alter lives for the better. For every book sold, another is given away to someone who needs inspiration in their life. Books may be given to someone specific, to organisations, to groups or random people you meet that you deem may benefit from it. Of course, in doing so the impact it will have on those who read the book will be magnified as it may touch the lives of their families, their clients, their colleagues and hundreds and thousands of people on Earth. This one book has the capacity to touch, move, inspire and uplift the planet within its messages of hope, contribution and courage. I received my copy this week and have randomly read 7 stories, all vastly different in their message and purpose, however all inspiring in their own way. There are 365 contributors, 237 female and 128 males with the youngest contributor being Rani, only 3 and her story will guarantee a smile on your face with its perspective and beauty. There are 17 contributors under 18 and with the oldest being 75, it is clear to see there is a message for everybody. With writers from 15 separate countries it is quite clear you will get quite differing views, opinions and perspective on how others view the World. Being one of four contributors from Tasmania is quite humbling as is the fact that I now share a unique bond with 364 other inspirational individuals, most whom I may never meet, across the oceans and faraway lands. Should we sell only 100 books each, by giving away the next 100, we touch a minimum of 73,000 people and then the momentum will cascade like a waterfall, growing stronger and louder with its impact. It will be like air becoming oxygen, oxygen becoming a spark and the spark becomes a wildfire. We all know how quickly things can become contagious so our hope is the need for the book becomes like an epidemic and thousands are sold, and then thousands are given away. The title Inspiration Bible has no connection whatsoever with religion, however ironically how the name evolved does. Emily, searching for the right title knew that it needed to be only two words, however nothing seemed to fit. In frustration standing in a window overlooking a park, she comically threw her hands skyward and shouted “God give me two words… and so he did. Each contributor has the capacity to sell the book to anyone they know with the understanding the purchaser will receive two and must give away the second to someone that may benefit from the 365 wonderful messages. It is an opportunity for each and every one of us to do something really important for someone in need. Because most of the 365 contributors may not know each other, this means we have completely different networks of people who can help spread the message. This is how the wildfire can spread by creating its own dynamics and energy and really pay it forward and make a difference. I truly believe that my simple story is in some way a gift to the world, as is all other 364 because it is a book that can uplift humanity with its many messages and transform the world one step at a time. We all know someone out there who could benefit from such a gift, and in the process you feel inspired because you will have done something good. It is a time for giving, no matter the time, and then you too will be making a contribution. Wanna buy one ? Ill give you two and you have joined the community that pays it forward.
