One Thousand Years: Literal or Figurative? Hank Hanegraaff of “Bible Answer Man” fame has recently delved into the field of eschatology (the study of last things) with the release of a novel called The Last Disciple,1 which he co-authored with Sigmund Broward. It appears that Hanegraaff has adopted the preterist position in this first novel in a series that sees the book of Revelation as having been fulfilled in the first century.“Hank is a partial preterist who holds to a view on eschatology. A word from Amos37. Hank Hanegraaff is a brother in the Lord as the Christians who hold to a Preterist view. The study of eschatology (the study of last things) we simply see as prophecy with respect to the book of Revelation as already fulfilled and those who hold to future events. We just want to look at some of the nuts and bolts. Love Hank and His work for the Kingdom. We do sharply disagree with this view that we think blinds those to events that maybe imminent. aka.
