One always has to be pleased when an imprisoned military man is released. That being said, was this the right thing to do under the circumstances. There are serious questions about Bergdahls loyalty to our country or the military, as well as his fathers. There are serious questions about the circumstances of his capture or the decision to free him, especially the timing thereof. All Americans are entitled to their opinion. Most, though, have to live with their choices... good or bad. Snowden voluntarily and deliberately did what he did. Many, including our Government, think he is a traitor. If Bergdahl voluntarily and deliberately left his unit, might he also be considered a traitor or at least a deserter? One wonders about the difference. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bowe_Bergdahl
