One better watch out saying they looked mean, and they are probably under achieved because they are too bored to find other form of entertainment. Legally they have issues, they followed him and did nothing then they shot him in the back he (jogger) was jogging the perpetrators aimed fired a gun hitting him in the back I would think this a hate crime and it should be obvious they are sociopaths with no feelings or sense of right from wrong. Now the saddest part , there are no organized groups to pursue the hate crime aspect since white people usually do not organize for the purpose of preaching color as an issue nor do most white groups feel they have to stir up the pot they just want justice done, and they were not a part of an organized neighborhood watch group. they are just dumb sociopathic humans with no regard of right or wrong.
